Scaled Lollapalooza partnership by 406% over five years via hyper-local activations generating 2M+ views on IG and TikTok and positive earned media. Managed 40+ vendors, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery across LGBTQIA+, Gen Z, and multicultural audiences. Highlights include bringing the first drag show to Lollapalooza, leading surprise parades to Billie Eilish and Lana Del Rey's performances and producing a 4-day long experiential lounge.
