The Project:

I launched Maxwells Trading—a restaurant with a rooftop farm—to critical acclaim, establishing it as one of Chicago’s most in-demand dining experiences. By leveraging market trends and consumer insights, I developed a multi-channel strategy spanning digital, social, email and events. This approach earned widespread local and national recognition, including a James Beard nomination and spots on Esquire and Robb Report's “Best New Restaurant” lists. This strategic approach contributed to Maxwells Trading's status as one of Chicago's most sought-after reservations for over a year.
