The Project:

I launched Maxwells Trading, a critically acclaimed restaurant with a rooftop farm, establishing it as one of Chicago’s most in-demand dining experiences. Guided by market trends and consumer insights, I built a multi-channel strategy across PR, digital, social, email, and events. I partnered with brands including Amex/Resy and S. Pellegrino to produce high-impact B2B and B2C activations that elevated industry visibility and deepened customer engagement. This work drove widespread recognition, including a James Beard nomination and “Best New Restaurant” honors from Esquire, Robb Report, and Wine Enthusiast, while sustaining Maxwells Trading as one of Chicago’s most sought-after reservations for over a year.
